High-precision radial cylindrical roller bearings are part of the HRB Matsube Seiko ultra-precision series. Songbei Precision can supply self-lubricated plain bearings for the N10 and NN30 series of high-precision products, as well as some select size products for the N19 and NNU49 series. Linear expansion due to rotation can be compensated by the float between the roller and the raceway car liner, so they are ideal floating end bearings. In addition, radial cylindrical roller bearings also have very high radiality.
Floating bearings use almost single row bearings, so this product is widely used as a floating bearing. In addition, it is also used in agricultural machinery bushings that have the following requirements:

Bearing design
Standard cylindrical roller bearings have tapered holes (taper 1:12) for precise radial clearance adjustment. Therefore, the required radial clearance or radial preload can be adjusted by the axial displacement on the conical spindle. Hybrid ceramic roller bearings made of ceramic materials are our new products. The use of ceramic rollers has markedly improved friction and wear performance.
This reduces the amount of lubricant, while reducing the temperature. Therefore, higher transmission speeds can be achieved and the service life is significantly longer. Furthermore, the ceramic roller increases the static and dynamic rigidity, and eliminates the increased preload due to the increase in temperature due to the lower coefficient of thermal expansion. HRB cylindrical roller bearings are particularly suitable for grease lubrication due to the very good surface quality of the raceways and rollers on the inner and outer rings.Since there are two ribs on the bearing's collar, the grease distribution run-in process requires special care.
Assuming oil lubrication, it should be noted that this product requires less oil lubrication than angular contact ball bearings. Assuming that these two types of bearings are assembled side-by-side, separate oil paths must be maintained to avoid the injection of excess lubricant from the angular contact ball bearings, resulting in excessive lubrication and causing the bearing temperature to escalate.
